Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment, which supports the body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. It assists the release of tensions deep in the body, helping relieve a full spectrum of pain and dysfunction, such as chronic neck and back pain, migraines and headaches, digestive disorders, stress and anxiety, chronic fatigue and trauma. Due to its gentle approach, CST is suitable for everyone from newborns to the elderly.
The treatment is performed on a couch and it is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing for the session. Light contact is made on the body, usually at the feet, shoulders, spine, pelvis and head so that Sarah can sense areas of tension and restriction and help to release them in a supported and gentle way.
